		<description>Where do you buy that Le Craic? I can't see to find anywhere that stocks Granola. 

My recipe is pretty basic. Oven preheated to 250F. Mix rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, dried apricots, wheatgerm together. In another bowl mix dark brown sugar, maple syrup and veggie oil. Then add the sugary mix to the dry, and mix well. Spread over baking trays and toast for around 1hr20mins. Every 20 mins or so, take out the trays and toss the mix about for an even toasting.</description>
