A Wispa For Your Creativity
Last Saturday, I bought a cute, cheapy Acer 4920 with a nice glossy screen to replace poor old Frank (who’s been through the wars). On the way there, I spotted a Wispa in the wild. Just the second such sighting I’ve been witnessed to. I decided there and then that I would sacrifice my Wispa in exchange for a name for my Acer.. (I’m currently calling her Spacer at the moment and I don’t think she likes it).
Anyway, just to give you a rundown on her. She’s a Duo Core girl, with a 120Gig HDD, 2 Gigs of RAM, glossy screen and an integrated card reader. She runs Vista Home Premium, but I’ll planning on moving her to Ultimate.

I’ll be accepting entries until 6pm GMT on Friday, November 9th. I’m the final judge, no squabbling will be entered into. You can enter as many times as you like. No MacBook Pro then eh?…oh well. Cute little machine though. How about Catherine Beta Jones? Bit nerdy maybe…I’ll keep working on it.

Hey, came here from mulley.net. Saw these being advertised on the Metro in Paris at the weekend, they kind of caught my eye.

@Scott - Hmm - it’s too end of life.. I don’t want to buy a machine now and see a new model pop up in 6 weeks time as tends to happen w/MBP.. I think it’ll be Jan/Feb before a new line come out. CBJ - it’s a runner.. Get that turbo charge working and a witty name is bound to jump outta nowhere.. Perhaps I ought to get you to design a t-shirt while I’m at it.
