Also, as an added benefit, we have a pool/snooker table, a couple XBox 360s, free coffee, foose ball, and did i mention free coffee? Some colleagues of mine started on it. There's mentoring, team-building exercises, and a nice budget for organising your own get-togethers - karting, nights out.. etc. Pretty cool, no? This year's Grads have their own charity committee too. They have organised events of their own to raise cash for worthy causes. It’s actually a pretty cool program.
